Paul’s extensive knowledge, superior negotiating skills and proven ability to obtain winning results has earned him a reputation for the highest standards both in the industry and with clients alike. When I was looking for a REALTOR® I wanted someone who was results oriented and Paul was that.”

In addition to becoming one of the most respected Vancouver REALTOR®s in the industry for nearly three decades, Paul feels most proud of the job he and his wife Jaina of 24 years have done in raising their family of four boys. Their eldest, Haydn, decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and works alongside his dad in the real estate business. Their two middle sons, Pearce and Bryce, play junior hockey in the Western Hockey League and the B.C. Hockey League. Their youngest son, Quinn, who is going into grade six, is actively involved in the arts and loves to moto-cross and go-cart with his dad. Paul’s years of experience as a husband and father give him a greater understanding of family dynamics and how this affects real estate decisions and timing.
Paul lives with his family in the community where he works and feels strongly about his responsibility to give back to the community that has supported his business for the past 28 years. He has volunteered thousands of hours of his time over the past 20 years coaching minor hockey, little league and soccer. Paul is very passionate about the real estate business and enjoys his work immensely. He enjoys meeting the daily challenges and the wonderful cross section of people he encounters. Paul has mentored countless new agents and assistants throughout the years. He has served on committees at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and also served in an advisory role on various industry panels.
“Where do you want to live?”
Paul Eviston is my dad. So being a REALTOR® is more than just a job to me: it means continuing the Eviston tradition of excellence in the Vancouver real estate industry.
I’ve been part of the industry practically my whole life. As a kid, I would tag along with my dad when he did Open Houses on the weekend. In 2010, I joined the Eviston team as an assistant. Three years later I got my real estate licence—a veteran at age 22.

I have a solid grasp of all aspects of the job, but the aspect I enjoy most is client care, and home tours in particular; I’m a showing specialist. Working with new home buyers also gives me a special satisfaction because I hope to be one myself in the not-too-distant future.
Ironically for a guy who sells houses for a living, my favourite place to be is outside. One of the reasons I love Vancouver is that it offers allthe amenities of the city and easy access to outdoor activities. In my case, those activities include hiking, camping, fishing, and riding my motorcycle.
I was born and raised in Vancouver, and the city has captivated me my entire life. Growing up near Douglas Park, I watched Vancouver transform itself over the last 30 years into the unique city that it is today. And growing up in a large family, I not only got to experience everything Vancouver has to offer, but I did so surrounded by people who instilled in me a strong sense of family values. In 2011, I started my post-secondary education at Simon Fraser, then transitioned to the Sauder School of Business after deciding to follow my true passion, which is this city and its people. In 2013 I became a Vancouver REALTOR® and joined my uncle Paul Eviston’s real estate team. Since then I’ve taken part in over 650 real estate transactions. I am an integral part of the listing side while also being a Buyer's specialist. I love meeting new people and showing homes. I’m dedicated to my clients, and I ensure that they stay on top of the constantly changing Vancouver market. Outside of work, I am a proud uncle, dog owner and avid soccer enthusiast. You can catch me playing on local recreation teams, or cheering on the Vancouver Whitecaps at BC Place!

Born and raised in the city, Vancouver has always been my home. My passion for hockey allowed me to experience life in many new places, such as Castlegar, Vernon, Philadelphia and Hartford. While in Hartford I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College (CT), graduating with honours while playing for the NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Team.

I finally returned home to Vancouver in 2019 after graduation and a backpacking trip through Europe. I officially joined Team Eviston that summer as Team Assistant and have been licensed since the summer of 2021. In my time with Team Eviston, I have benefited from the Team’s exposure to hundreds of unique deals, properties and clients’ needs. And I continue to benefit from the experience and mentorship that Paul, Haydn and Edward provide me daily.
Like my dad, brother and cousin, I am extremely proud to continue the Eviston tradition of excellence in the Vancouver real estate industry. Whether hosting an opening house or touring with prospective buyers, I love getting to know the people I work with and sharing my passion for our beautiful city.
